RATES
The following are fixed prices for self-catering accommodation for two, including 7 hours' daily one-to-one care & support for one person with special needs:

Extra supervised time may be provided if arranged beforehand, at £14.50 per hour (making a maximum of 9 hours in total in any 24 hour period).
Extra nights are also possible, again if arranged beforehand, on a £45 per night basis with two persons sharing the room.
This is also the rate for 'Self-Catering Accommodation Only', shown in orange on the Booking Calendar.
A 30% deposit is requested when booking your stay.
Payments by cash, or cheque with guarantee card.
PLEASE NOTE:
Respite Care is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays,
Fridays and Saturdays.
Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays are for Self-Catering accommodation only

TERMS & CONDITIONS
On your day of arrival: Ideally, our guests should arrive late morning, in good time for a cup of coffee & a bickie (or similar). This gives us all the opportunity to meet properly and get to know one another a bit.
Following this, the person with the disability is invited to stay in the house with Evi, while the parent/carer will be asked to stay in the Garden Room - or the garden - until lunchtime (or for at least one hour after arrival). This is to make sure both Special Guest and Evi are happy in each other's company and the parent/carer is at ease about everything. He/she is then free to go where the fancy takes, until 6pm (5pm on subsequent days).
It will be necessary for Evi to be able to contact the parent/carer by mobile phone at all times, as well as to have a back-up contact telephone number.
On your day of departure: Our guests are politely requested to vacate the Garden Room by 10am.
Suitability: To make sure everybody involved is safe and happy, it is absolutely necessary that a history of the condition (including possible medication requirements) for the special guest has been received by Evi & Gordon well before arrival. This can be either from the Social Services or the GP. We don't however ask to see your passport!
Bookings for Respite Care are from morning to morning.
