THE ROOM

The Garden Room chalet is certified to conform fully with current building and fire regulations, is double timber-clad and fully insulated to European standards. The same standards apply to all electrical and gas installations.
The entrance door and all windows are double-glazed.

Heating is by electric convectors, and water is heated by gas - the water heater and all gas pipes are outside the building.

Secure, free, plug-in and wireless broadband/ADSL internet connections are available for laptop users. Connecting cables are available if needed.

A baby alarm system is in place, so that the concerned parent/carer can listen in at all times to what's happening in the main house.
There's a fridge, kettle, toaster, and a microwave with grill.
The bath has a thermostatic shower above.
A mains powered smoke alarm (with battery backup) is fitted in the kitchenette.

Smoking is permitted in all areas of the garden, but not in the Garden Room nor the house.
